MSP was founded in South Africa by Colin Reader in 1992. The company expanded into the United Kingdom and the Merseyside branch was opened in November 2000.
Centrally located, MSP has the capacity and expertise to manage multiple events from, initial advice through to set design and equipment hire.
MSP is retained on a 3-5 year contract by the cutting-edge Liverpool Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre to provide its in-house sound and Audio Visual equipment.
They are also working in conjunction with Liverpool City Council on a 2-3 year contract to provide support to the Capital of Culture Department, St.Georges Hall and Liverpool Town Hall.
Recent events produced include a number of prestigious black tie Award Ceremonies for the Liverpool Daily Post & Echo including; Cheshire Business Awards, Huddersfield Business Awards and Community Awards and the Achievement Wales Business Awards.

MSP are preferred suppliers at a number of hotels and venues in and around Liverpool including Aintree Racecourse and Crowne Plaza, Liverpool. They regularly supply and operate equipment at their functions.
We are proud to be one of the suppliers to the Liverpool Capital of Culture Department, and have worked on many events over the last few years which include; Faith in one City, Slavery Remembrance Day, The Clipper Race, and various hospitality events. Other events include the 08 Business Breakfast meetings, Chief Executive Staff conference and the Leaders Breakfast meeting.
Internationally, equipment has been supplied and operated at the International Aids Conference and several Network 21 meetings in Malaysia and the Philippines with an attendance of over 4000 delegates per venue.
On the entertainment side MSP have been involved with sound, lighting, production and filming for some of the X-Factor contestants. Other artists MSP have had the privilege of working with in the industry are namely, Miss Dynamite, Go West, Rachel Stevens, China Crisis and more recently, on the same bill Lionel Richie, Westlife, Sugababes, Will Young, Charlotte Church and Jason Donovan where MSP provided full production services and equipment.
